For companies with validated technologies or products, Semina can structure a minimum entry investment of 35 million dollars, providing financing or equity participation of up to 70 percent of the total project requirement. Our foundation is built on real performance, with a track record of 4 to 5 times returns on our inaugural deep tech fund and a clear vision for the future. We are currently seating our initial investors with a 35 million dollar anchor raise designed to unlock our first 200 million dollars in fund capacity. This milestone marks the beginning of a larger platform expansion, with a fourth 300 million dollar fund scheduled to launch in the second quarter of 2026. Once fully operational, Semina will be positioned as a 500 million dollar investment management firm.
